Euthymics' target patients are those who do not respond adequately to selective serotonin reuptake inhibitors (SSRIs), which represent the majority of prescriptions for the antidepressant market. The company's lead program, an unbalanced triple reuptake inhibitor for treatment resistant depression is in Ph II. In addition the company has a pipeline of CNS assets including compounds for the treatment of ADHD, neuropathic pain and alleviation of addiction.
